Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed buttery crackers

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.

  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Fold in shredded chicken until evenly coated.

  5. Spread mixture into the casserole dish and smooth the top.

  6. In a separate bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter.

  7. Sprinkle topping evenly over the casserole.

  8. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.

  9. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, stir in 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese before baking. Add cooked broccoli for a complete one-dish meal. Leftovers keep well in the fridge for 3–4 days.
