Description

Juicy chicken stuffed with cheesy bacon ranch filling and wrapped in crispy bacon. A savory, crowd-pleasing dish perfect for dinner or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices raw bacon, for wrapping
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • Toothpicks, for securing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment. Place a rack on top.
  2. Trim chicken breasts and cut into 3–4 equal portions. Slice a pocket into each piece without cutting all the way through.
  3. In a bowl, mix mozzarella, crumbled cooked bacon, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
  4. Stuff each chicken pocket with the mixture, pressing lightly to secure the filling inside.
  5. Wrap each stuffed chicken piece with 2 slices of raw bacon in a crisscross pattern, securing with toothpicks.
  6. Place on the prepared rack and bake 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. For crispier bacon, broil 2–3 minutes at the end, watching closely. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served hot with salad, mashed potatoes, or roasted veggies. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven to keep bacon crispy.
