 Creamy Alfredo chicken, smoky bacon, and melted cheese wrapped in a warm tortilla for a hearty, flavorful meal. Perfect for dinner or meal prep.
Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil (for searing wraps, optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
- Shred the cooked chicken and place it in a bowl.
- Warm Alfredo sauce in a saucepan, then stir in chicken, bacon, and mozzarella until well coated.
- Lay tortillas flat and spoon filling into the center. Sprinkle Parmesan over the top.
- Fold sides inward and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Optional: Sear the wraps in a skillet with butter or oil for 1–2 minutes per side, or bake at 375°F for 8–10 minutes until lightly crisp.
- Slice diagonally and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For meal prep, keep filling separate and assemble wraps before serving.
