Ingredients
-
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-
6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and chopped
-
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
-
Salt and pepper, to taste

Toothpicks or kitchen twine for securing
-
Cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
Butterfly each chicken breast by slicing horizontally but not all the way through to create a pocket.
-
In a bowl, combine cheddar, mozzarella, and ranch seasoning, mixing well.
-
Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese mixture and chopped bacon, then secure with toothpicks.
-
Season the outside of each chicken breast with salt, pepper, and a light sprinkle of ranch seasoning.
-
Place the stuffed chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes until fully cooked.
-
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Let the chicken rest before slicing to keep it juicy. Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated or frozen. Serve with ranch dip or a fresh salad.
