Description

Crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, these bite-sized chicken bombs are loaded with bacon and ranch seasoning, perfect for snacks or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and chopped

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Toothpicks or kitchen twine for securing

  • Cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Butterfly each chicken breast by slicing horizontally but not all the way through to create a pocket.

  3. In a bowl, combine cheddar, mozzarella, and ranch seasoning, mixing well.

  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese mixture and chopped bacon, then secure with toothpicks.

  5. Season the outside of each chicken breast with salt, pepper, and a light sprinkle of ranch seasoning.

  6. Place the stuffed chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes until fully cooked.

  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Let the chicken rest before slicing to keep it juicy. Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated or frozen. Serve with ranch dip or a fresh salad.
