Description

Crispy golden bombs stuffed with creamy Alfredo chicken, smoky bacon, and melted cheese. A fun, indulgent dish perfect for parties or family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken

  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan until well mixed.

  3. Roll dough into 4-inch rounds and place on a lightly floured surface.

  4. Spoon filling into the center of each round, then fold and pinch dough to seal into a ball.

  5. Place bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.

  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.

  7. Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm with extra Alfredo or marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

These bombs can be made ahead, refrigerated unbaked for up to 24 hours, or frozen after baking for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven for best results. Pair with salad or roasted vegetables for a balanced meal.
