No-Bake Salted Caramel Pretzel Bites

Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 20 soft caramel candies

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk

  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter

  • Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth and dough-like.

  2. Lay half of the pretzels on a parchment-lined tray and top each with 1 teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture. Press another pretzel on top to form a sandwich.

  3. Melt the caramels with cream in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth. Spoon a small amount onto each pretzel sandwich. Chill for 15 minutes.

  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth. Dip each pretzel bite halfway into the chocolate, then place back on the tray.

  5. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt before the chocolate sets. Chill until firm, then serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Freeze for up to 3 months. Great for gifting or holiday dessert platters.
