Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 20 soft caramel candies
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter
- Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth and dough-like.
- Lay half of the pretzels on a parchment-lined tray and top each with 1 teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture. Press another pretzel on top to form a sandwich.
- Melt the caramels with cream in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth. Spoon a small amount onto each pretzel sandwich. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth. Dip each pretzel bite halfway into the chocolate, then place back on the tray.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt before the chocolate sets. Chill until firm, then serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Freeze for up to 3 months. Great for gifting or holiday dessert platters.
