Description
Juicy beef burgers layered with crispy bacon, creamy beer cheese, and tucked inside soft pretzel buns. A true Oktoberfest-inspired feast.

- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 cup beer cheese (German-style preferred)
- 4 slices thick-cut bacon
- 4 soft pretzel buns
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Shape ground beef into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper, and press a small indent in the center of each.
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Heat a skillet or grill pan and cook patties 3–4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- Warm beer cheese in a small saucepan, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Toast pretzel buns lightly in the oven or skillet to enhance texture.
- Assemble burgers with patties, bacon, and a generous drizzle of beer cheese. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add caramelized onions, mustard, or sauerkraut. Store cooked patties in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat before serving.
