Description

A simple, comforting dessert made with sweet peaches and a golden Bisquick topping. Perfect warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large can sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even baking.

  2. Drain peaches and spread them evenly in a greased 8×8-inch baking dish.

  3. In a bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix and milk until smooth.

  4. Pour the batter evenly over the peaches; it will spread while baking.

  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Cool for 10 minutes before serving warm with your favorite topping.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg over the peaches before adding the batter. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
