- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened (2 blocks)
- 4 ounces Garlic & Herb Feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup green onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- ½ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Base Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crumbled Garlic & Herb feta, and shredded cheddar. Mix thoroughly until the cheeses are fully incorporated and smooth. - Add Fresh Ingredients
Fold in the green onion and finely chopped red bell pepper. Mix gently to ensure even distribution without crushing the peppers. - Shape the Cheese Ball
Transfer the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap. Form it into a ball by pulling the wrap tightly around the mixture. Twist the ends to seal. - Roll in Parsley
Spread the chopped parsley on a plate. Unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the parsley, pressing lightly to help it adhere evenly. - Chill and Serve
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. This allows the flavors to meld and the texture to firm up. Serve with crackers, vegetables, pretzels, or toasted baguette slices.
