Ingredients
- 1 ÂĽ cups milk
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked, then drain excess grease.
- In a bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour half of the pancake batter into the prepared dish, layer with cooked sausage, then cover with remaining batter.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
