Description

 A hearty breakfast bake with fluffy pancakes layered with savory sausage—perfect for family mornings or brunch gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 ÂĽ cups milk

  • 1 egg

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked, then drain excess grease.

  3. In a bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  4. Pour half of the pancake batter into the prepared dish, layer with cooked sausage, then cover with remaining batter.

  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.

Notes
