1 can crescent roll dough

1/3 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

2 tbsp corn syrup (light or dark)

1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
Optional glaze:

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1–2 tsp milk
-
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

👨🍳 How to Make Pecan Pie Crescents

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.

Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.

Add 1 tbsp of the pecan mixture to the wide end of each triangle and roll up tightly.

Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool slightly on a wire rack.
