Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (1/4-oz.) packet unflavored gelatin
- 1 1/4 c. half-and-half, divided
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 3/4 c. heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla bean paste
- 1 c. seedless raspberry jam

- Fresh raspberries, to serve
Instructions
- Sprinkle the gelatin over 1/4 cup of half-and-half and let it soften for about 5 minutes.

- Add the heavy cream and vanilla bean paste. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or molds. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- For the sauce, in a saucepan, heat raspberry jam and orange liqueur (or juice) until combined and smooth. Let cool.
- Serve the panna cotta with the raspberry-orange sauce and fresh raspberries.
Notes
- The mixture can be poured into glasses or molds for different presentations.
- To easily remove the panna cotta from molds, briefly dip the molds in warm water.
