Ingredients
Scale
- 3 (8-oz) tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough sheets
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2¼ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (5-oz) package mini pepperoni, chopped
- 2 Tbsp garlic butter, melted
- Italian seasoning
- Grated parmesan cheese
Instructions

- Prepare the dough. Unroll each crescent dough sheet and cut into even rectangles or squares.
- Add filling. Spread pizza sauce onto each piece of dough. Add mozzarella and chopped mini pepperoni.
- Roll up. Roll each dough piece into a log, then cut into small spirals or fold into muffin-friendly bundles.
- Fill the tin. Place each portion into the muffin tin cups, pressing lightly to shape.
- Bake. Bake 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
- Finish. Brush with melted garlic butter, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and top with grated parmesan.
- Serve warm. Enjoy as-is or with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Use crescent sheets, not perforated rolls—easier and cleaner.
Chop mini pepperonis for better distribution.
Let the muffins cool 5 minutes for easier removal.
