- 12.4 ounces refrigerated pizza dough (1 tube)
- ⅓ cup marinara sauce, plus more for dipping
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ⅓ cup pepperoni slices
- ¼ cup green bell pepper, finely diced
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the dough
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly flour a clean surface and unroll the refrigerated pizza dough into a rectangle. - Add the sauce
Spread ⅓ cup of marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges. - Add toppings and cheese
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, diced green bell pepper, and grated parmesan evenly over the surface. - Roll the dough
Starting from the long side, roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch the seam to seal. - Cut into pinwheels
Using a sharp knife, cut the log into slices about 1-inch thick. - Bake the pinwheels
Place the slices onto a lined baking sheet. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling. - Garnish and serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra parmesan. Serve warm with additional marinara sauce.
Notes
Use a serrated knife to cut the rolled dough cleanly.
For extra crispiness, brush edges with olive oil before baking.
