Description

Creamy, chocolate-dipped Pumpkin Oreo Balls are the ultimate no-bake fall treat. Perfect for parties, gifting, or cozy snacking.

Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 12 oz semi-sweet or white chocolate, melted

  • 2 tablespoons crushed Oreos or sprinkles (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin. Reserve 2 tablespoons for topping if desired.

  2. In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.

  3. Scoop the mixture into small portions and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or in the freezer for 15 minutes until firm.

  5. Melt chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Dip each ball into the chocolate, coating evenly.

  6. Place coated balls back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with toppings. Chill until set, then serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months. Use different chocolate coatings or festive sprinkles to customize.
