Ingredients
- 36 Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 12 oz semi-sweet or white chocolate, melted
- 2 tablespoons crushed Oreos or sprinkles (optional topping)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin. Reserve 2 tablespoons for topping if desired.
- In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
- Scoop the mixture into small portions and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or in the freezer for 15 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Dip each ball into the chocolate, coating evenly.
- Place coated balls back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with toppings. Chill until set, then serve.
