Ingredients

1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 count)

1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree

3 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla until smooth.

Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles on the baking sheet.

Spoon about 1 tablespoon of filling onto the wide end of each triangle.

Roll up each crescent from wide to tip, tucking in the sides slightly.

Bake for 10–13 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool slightly before serving; dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with caramel if desired.
Notes
Best enjoyed warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 days or refrigerate up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven to keep them crisp.
