Soft, chewy, and loaded with Reese’s goodness, these cookie bites combine peanut butter and chocolate in every bite-sized treat. Perfect for sharing or snacking!
Ingredients
- ½ cup (120g) unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup (130g) creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup (100g) brown sugar, packed
- ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (170g) chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, beat together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s pieces until evenly distributed.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough into each mini muffin cup and press down slightly.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden and set. Allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Delicious served slightly warm with a glass of milk.
