Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pounds bulk pork sausage
  • 8 (8-ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage with the softened cream cheese until well blended.
  • Unroll crescent roll dough onto a floured surface and separate into rectangles. Pinch perforations to seal.
  • Spread an even layer of the sausage and cream cheese mixture over each rectangle.
  • Roll each rectangle tightly from the short side and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
  • Arrange the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add herbs like parsley or garlic powder to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Pinwheels can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
