  • ½ cup chicken stock or fish stock
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ lemon, juiced

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant and translucent.
  • Stir in cajun seasoning, Old Bay Seasoning, onion powder, red pepper flakes, and paprika.
  • Pour in the chicken stock or fish stock, and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  • Add fresh parsley and lemon juice, stir to combine.
  • Simmer for 5-10 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
  • Serve hot over your favorite seafood boil.
