- 2 tsp. cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. red pepper flakes

- ½ cup chicken stock or fish stock
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant and translucent.
- Stir in cajun seasoning, Old Bay Seasoning, onion powder, red pepper flakes, and paprika.
- Pour in the chicken stock or fish stock, and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Add fresh parsley and lemon juice, stir to combine.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
- Serve hot over your favorite seafood boil.
