Creamy pasta tossed with tender shrimp, sweet crab meat, and a rich garlic-Parmesan sauce. Elegant yet easy for weeknights.

8 oz rotini, penne, or preferred pasta

1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup crab meat

1/2 cup chopped celery

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, cook pasta until al dente, then drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Add celery and garlic, sauté until softened and fragrant.
- Stir in cream and Parmesan, simmer gently until sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add shrimp and crab, tossing gently to coat with sauce. Warm through without overcooking.
- Combine pasta with sauce and seafood, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
Notes
Best served fresh, but leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days. Reheat gently with a splash of milk or broth. Pairs beautifully with a green salad and garlic bread.
