Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 lbs apples, peeled and sliced

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, ¼ cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared sheet pan and shape into a rectangle about 1 to 1½ inches thick.

  4. Spread the remaining ¼ cup ketchup evenly over the top as a glaze.

  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
