Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, ¼ cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared sheet pan and shape into a rectangle about 1 to 1½ inches thick.
- Spread the remaining ¼ cup ketchup evenly over the top as a glaze.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Delicious served with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables.
