Ingredients

9 lasagna noodles

1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

1 cup crab meat, shredded

2 cups Alfredo sauce

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix the shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

Take one lasagna noodle and spread the seafood mixture evenly over it, then roll it up tightly.

Place the roll-up seam side down in the prepared baking dish. Repeat with the remaining noodles and filling.

Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
