- Wild Alaska smoked king salmon, thinly sliced
- Crostini (store-bought or homemade)
- Whipped cream cheese
- 1 lemon (zested and cut into wedges)
- Red onion, very thinly sliced
- Fresh dill, finely chopped
- Everything But The Bagel seasoning
- Caviar (optional but recommended)
Instructions
- Arrange the crostini on a serving platter in a single layer.
- Spread a generous layer of whipped cream cheese onto each crostini.
- Add a small piece of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese, gently folding it for height and texture.
- Sprinkle a few thin slices of red onion over the salmon.
- Add a small spoonful of caviar on top, if using.
- Finish with a light sprinkle of chopped fresh dill and Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
- Zest a small amount of lemon over the crostini and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier spreading.
Less is more with caviar—small amounts go a long way.
Assemble just before serving to keep crostini crisp.
