Make classic S’more Bars with graham cracker crust, melted chocolate, and mini marshmallows. Easy and irresistible dessert recipe!

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 4 cups chocolate chips
- 1 package mini marshmallows (about 10 oz)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter, stirring until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking pan to form the crust. - Bake the Crust
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 8 minutes or until it’s lightly golden. Remove from the oven and set aside. - Add the Chocolate Chips
Evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips over the warm crust. Let them sit for a couple of minutes to soften. - Add Mini Marshmallows
Spread the mini marshmallows evenly over the melted chocolate chips. - Bake to Melt Marshmallows
Return the pan to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and puffed. - Cool and Set
Remove from the oven and allow the bars to cool completely at room temperature before slicing. This helps the chocolate set properly and makes the bars easier to cut.
Notes
Use fresh mini marshmallows for best puffiness and browning.
For an extra gooey texture, add a layer of chocolate spread before sprinkling chips.
To keep bars from sticking, line your pan with parchment paper.
Let bars cool fully before cutting to avoid messy slices.
Customize by adding chopped nuts or drizzling caramel on top.
