Description
A bold, flavor-packed seafood boil with shrimp, smoked sausage, corn, and potatoes in a spicy, buttery broth.
Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced

2 cups baby potatoes

2 ears corn, cut into thirds

4 cloves garlic, smashed

2 lemons, halved

2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

2 bay leaves
-
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Salt, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions

Fill a large stockpot with 4–5 quarts of water and bring to a boil. Add Old Bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, bay leaves, garlic, salt, and halved lemons. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the baby potatoes and cook for 12–15 minutes until tender.

Add the corn and cook for 7–8 minutes until slightly softened.

Stir in the smoked sausage and cook for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque.

Drain the pot and transfer all ingredients to a serving bowl. Toss with melted butter, parsley, and a squeeze of lemon.
Notes
Serve immediately with crusty bread or a fresh salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days; reheat gently.
