Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

  • 2 eggs, beaten


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, and beaten eggs until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

  4. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until set and slightly golden on top.
