Ingredients
- 3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, and beaten eggs until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until set and slightly golden on top.
