Festive Spinach Dip Stuffed Crescent Roll Christmas Tree appetizer filled with creamy spinach dip and baked to golden perfection.

- 1 tablespoon butter
- ⅓ cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough (1 can)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Sauté Aromatics
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add red bell pepper and garlic; sauté for 2–3 minutes. - Add Spinach
Stir in chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. - Mix the Filling
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, salt, and the spinach mixture. Mix until creamy. - Prepare the Crescent Dough
Unroll crescent roll dough. Separate into triangles. - Assemble the Tree
Place the triangles on the sheet in a large tree shape, overlapping slightly to create a solid base. - Add the Filling
Spoon spinach dip down the center of the triangles. - Fold and Seal
Fold the tips of each triangle over the filling toward the center, pressing to seal. - Bake
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the tree is golden brown. - Serve
Allow to cool slightly, then serve warm as a pull-apart appetizer.
