Festive Spinach Dip Stuffed Crescent Roll Christmas Tree appetizer filled with creamy spinach dip and baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ⅓ cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough (1 can)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté Aromatics
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add red bell pepper and garlic; sauté for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add Spinach
Stir in chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 1 minute. Remove from heat.
  4. Mix the Filling
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, salt, and the spinach mixture. Mix until creamy.
  5. Prepare the Crescent Dough
Unroll crescent roll dough. Separate into triangles.
  6. Assemble the Tree
Place the triangles on the sheet in a large tree shape, overlapping slightly to create a solid base.
  7. Add the Filling
Spoon spinach dip down the center of the triangles.
  8. Fold and Seal
Fold the tips of each triangle over the filling toward the center, pressing to seal.
  9. Bake
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the tree is golden brown.
  10. Serve
Allow to cool slightly, then serve warm as a pull-apart appetizer.
