- 3 eggs
- 1 box chocolate instant pudding mix
- ¾ cup warm water

- 1 tsp vanilla
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 10 oz marshmallow fluff (about 3 cups)
- 1 tsp green food coloring
- ½ cup green sprinkles
- 44 googly eye candies (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Prepare the cake batter: In a large bowl, mix Devil’s Food Cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, chocolate pudding mix, and water. Beat until smooth.
- Scoop the batter: Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each for spreading.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the tops spring back when touched. Let cool completely.
- Make the filling: Beat butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt together until smooth. Fold in the marshmallow fluff and green food coloring.
- Assemble the pies: Spread the filling on the flat side of half the cookies, then top with another cookie.
- Decorate: Press green sprinkles around the edges and add googly eye candies to complete the monster look.
