Description

  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour, heat-treated
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 pound white chocolate almond bark
  • ½ bag candy melts

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat together unsalted butter and brown sugar until creamy.
  • Add vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk, and mix well.
  • Gradually stir in heat-treated flour until combined.
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  • Roll the dough into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Melt the white chocolate almond bark in a microwave or double boiler.
  • Dip each dough ball into the melted white chocolate, then place it back on the parchment.
  • Melt candy melts and drizzle over the truffles for a festive look.
  • Let truffles set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
