- ¾ cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, heat-treated
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 pound white chocolate almond bark
- ½ bag candy melts
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat together unsalted butter and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk, and mix well.
- Gradually stir in heat-treated flour until combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the white chocolate almond bark in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each dough ball into the melted white chocolate, then place it back on the parchment.
- Melt candy melts and drizzle over the truffles for a festive look.
- Let truffles set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
