  • Golden Yellow Royal Icing
  • Royal Icing:
    • 2 Egg Whites
    • 1 cup Confectioners Powdered Sugar
    • ½ Teaspoon Cream of Tartar
    • Golden Yellow Gel Food Coloring

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients: Arrange pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the Ghirardelli chocolate wafers in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Assemble the owls:
    • Dip the top half of each pretzel into the melted chocolate.
    • Add mini chocolate chips for eyes and place candy eyes above for a more animated look.
    • Let the chocolate harden slightly.
