St. Patrick’s Day Leprechaun Lemonade

Description

A festive green cocktail made with Irish whiskey, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and crème de menthe. Perfect for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day!


Ingredients

  • 2 oz Irish whiskey (such as Jameson or Tullamore DEW)

  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 oz simple syrup (or to taste)

  • 1/2 oz green crème de menthe

  • Ice cubes

  • Lemon wheel or mint sprig, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Add Irish whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and green crème de menthe.

  3. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until chilled.

  4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

  5. Garnish with a lemon wheel or mint sprig and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter version, top with club soda for a sparkling finish. Make simple syrup ahead by dissolving equal parts sugar and water.
