Description

Crispy egg rolls filled with creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries, perfect for parties or dessert cravings. Sweet, tangy, and irresistible.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup diced fresh strawberries

  • 8–10 eggroll wrappers

  • 1–2 cups vegetable oil, for frying

  • Optional: chocolate drizzle, powdered sugar, or whipped cream for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in diced strawberries.

  2. Lay an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface, spoon 2 tablespoons of filling in the center, fold sides in, and roll tightly, sealing with water.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan to 350°F (175°C).

  4. Fry eggrolls in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.

  5. Drain on paper towels and let cool 5–10 minutes before serving.

  6. Optionally, drizzle with chocolate or dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm.

Notes

Best served fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. Freeze unbaked for up to 1 month and fry directly from frozen. Pair with whipped cream or fresh berries for extra indulgence.
