Description
A creamy and easy Kinder Fudge recipe with white chocolate and condensed milk. Perfect for quick homemade treats or gifts.
Ingredients
-
1 tin (397g) condensed milk
-
400g white chocolate
-
200g + 160g Kinder chocolate, broken into pieces
Instructions
-
Prepare the pan
Line a square baking tin (about 8×8 inches) with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. -
Melt condensed milk and white chocolate
In a heatproof bowl over simmering water (double boiler), gently melt the white chocolate and condensed milk together, stirring frequently until smooth. -
Add the Kinder chocolate (first portion)
Remove from heat and stir in the 200g of Kinder chocolate pieces until fully melted and combined. -
Pour and spread
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top evenly. -
Sprinkle remaining Kinder chocolate
Scatter the remaining 160g of Kinder chocolate pieces on top while the fudge is still warm, gently pressing them into the surface. -
Chill to set
Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or until firm. -
Cut and serve
Use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out. Cut into bite-sized squares and enjoy!
Notes
Use good-quality Kinder chocolate bars for authentic flavor.
Avoid overheating the chocolate—melting gently prevents graininess.
Store fudge in an airtight container in the fridge to keep it fresh.
For easier cutting, dip the knife in hot water and wipe dry between cuts.
