- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and diced tomatoes with green chiles. Simmer for 5 minutes until mixture thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese and ranch seasoning until evenly combined.
- Separate crescent dough into triangles and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of beef mixture onto each triangle, fold the dough over, and pinch edges to seal.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool for 3–4 minutes before serving with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
Notes
For extra flavor, brush tops with melted butter before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven to keep them crisp.
