  • 1 cup hot water
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce, or to taste
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 ½ pounds boneless pork loin roast

Instructions

  • Cook: Cover the slow cooker and set it to low. Let it cook for 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and juicy.
