Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with creamy cheese and smoky bacon, coated in crispy Doritos for a fun, flavorful dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup Doritos, crushed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, and crumbled bacon until smooth.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese and bacon mixture.
- Dip each stuffed chicken in beaten eggs, then coat with crushed Doritos.
- Place chicken in a greased baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Chill filling before stuffing to make handling easier. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Serve with a fresh salad or roasted vegetables.
