Description

Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with creamy cheese and smoky bacon, coated in crispy Doritos for a fun, flavorful dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 1 cup Doritos, crushed

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, and crumbled bacon until smooth.

  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese and bacon mixture.

  4. Dip each stuffed chicken in beaten eggs, then coat with crushed Doritos.

  5. Place chicken in a greased baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes or until cooked through.

  6. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Chill filling before stuffing to make handling easier. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Serve with a fresh salad or roasted vegetables.
