Description
 Quick, chewy, and chocolatey no bake cookies made with cocoa, peanut butter, and oats. A nostalgic treat ready in minutes without the oven.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, combine butter, milk, and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often.
- Once boiling, cook for 60–90 seconds without stirring, then remove from heat.
- Stir in cocoa powder, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth and combined.
- Add oats and mix until fully coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Let cookies cool at room temperature until firm, about 20–30 minutes.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Freeze for longer storage and thaw before serving.
