Description
Juicy chicken breasts coated in ranch-seasoned crackers and topped with three cheeses, baked to golden perfection. A family favorite comfort dish.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 sleeve buttery crackers (such as Town House or Ritz), crushed
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Cooking spray or oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
- Crush crackers into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or food processor. Mix crumbs with ranch seasoning in a bowl.
- Dip chicken breasts in melted butter, then coat evenly with the cracker mixture. Place coated chicken in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan evenly over the chicken.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving for the juiciest results.
Notes
For extra crunch, bake on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness. Pairs beautifully with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or a fresh salad.
