Description

Juicy chicken breasts coated in ranch-seasoned crackers and topped with three cheeses, baked to golden perfection. A family favorite comfort dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 sleeve buttery crackers (such as Town House or Ritz), crushed
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or oil.

  2. Crush crackers into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or food processor. Mix crumbs with ranch seasoning in a bowl.

  3. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter, then coat evenly with the cracker mixture. Place coated chicken in the baking dish.

  4. Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan evenly over the chicken.

  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and cheese is bubbly and golden.

  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving for the juiciest results.

Notes

For extra crunch, bake on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness. Pairs beautifully with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or a fresh salad.
