  • Author: Sarah White

Description

Creamy, swirled Tiger Butter Fudge made with peanut butter and chocolate for an easy, beautiful no-bake dessert treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 ounces white chocolate chips (2 bags)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon shortening (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan
Line an 8×8 or 9×13 pan with parchment paper, depending on desired thickness.
  2. Melt the White Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 20–30 second increments, stirring between each round until smooth.
  3. Add the Peanut Butter
Stir in the creamy peanut butter while the white chocolate is still warm, mixing until fully combined.
  4. Pour the Base Layer
Pour the peanut butter mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Melt the Semi-Sweet Chocolate
Melt the chocolate chips with the optional shortening (which helps with shine and smoothness) using the same method as before.
  6. Create the Tiger Swirl
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture in thin lines. Use a knife to gently swirl the chocolate into a marbled pattern.
  7. Chill and Set
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
  8. Slice and Serve
Lift from the pan using parchment, slice into squares, and enjoy!
