Seven Layer Bars are a rich, layered dessert bar that combines chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, walnuts, and shredded coconut. These bars are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 ⅓ cups shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter and pour it into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs evenly over the butter.
- Layer the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and walnuts over the crumbs.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the entire mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded coconut on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
For easier cutting, refrigerate the bars for an hour. Store them in an airtight container for up to a week.
