  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (17.5 fluid ounce) bottle Buffalo wing sauce, divided
  • ½ (1 ounce) package dry ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 6 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise

Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken breasts in half of the Buffalo wing sauce and ranch dressing mix for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter and mix it with the remaining Buffalo wing sauce.
  • Toast the hoagie rolls until golden brown.
  • Assemble the sandwiches by placing a grilled chicken breast on each roll and drizzling with the sauce mixture.

Notes

For extra flavor, add toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, and blue cheese dressing. To make a healthier version, use whole grain rolls and a light ranch dressing mix.
