Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, minced onion, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Spread the mixture out on a sheet of wax paper to form a rectangle.
- Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese evenly over the meat mixture.
- Carefully roll the meat mixture into a loaf, sealing the cheese inside.
- Place the loaf in a lightly greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
