- 4 (10 ounce) can RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, undrained
- 2 pounds breakfast pork sausage, cooked, drained
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the Velveeta over medium heat.
- Add the cooked sausage and RO*TEL tomatoes and chilies (with the juices) into the saucepan.
- Stir frequently until the Velveeta is completely melted and the dip is smooth and combined.
- Reduce heat to low to keep the dip warm until serving.
Notes
Adjust the level of spice by adding more or fewer RO*TEL cans depending on your preference.
