Description
Make this viral frozen chocolate fruit bark in minutes! Easy, healthy, and loaded with strawberries, peanut butter, and dark chocolate.
Ingredients
– 1 cup strawberries, sliced
– 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
– 2 tablespoons Biona Smooth Peanut Butter
– 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts (salted or unsalted)
Instructions
1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Make sure it fits in your freezer.
2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
3. Pour and spread the chocolate onto the parchment in a thick, even layer, roughly 1/4 inch thick.
4. Arrange strawberry slices evenly over the melted chocolate while it’s still warm. Press gently to help them stick.
5. Drizzle Biona Smooth Peanut Butter over the top in thin lines or swirls. Use a toothpick or knife to marble it in slightly.
6. Sprinkle chopped peanuts evenly across the surface.
7. Freeze for 1-2 hours, or until solid.
8. Break or slice into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Make sure strawberries are dry before placing on chocolate to avoid ice crystals.
Swap in almond butter, cashew butter, or tahini for a twist.
Add a pinch of sea salt on top for extra flavor punch.
