Description
A creamy, sweet, and comforting white hot chocolate mix made in bulk for cozy nights or holiday gifting. Just add hot water or milk!

- 2 bars (4 ounces each) white chocolate, chilled and roughly chopped
- 3 cups (204 g) powdered milk
- 1⅓ cups (167 g) confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
Instructions
- Chill the white chocolate bars in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, then chop them into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine powdered milk, confectioners’ sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix well to remove clumps.
- Add the chopped white chocolate and stir until evenly distributed. For a finer texture, pulse the mixture in a food processor briefly.
- Transfer the mix to airtight containers or jars and store in a cool, dry place.
- To serve, stir 1/3 cup of the mix into 1 cup of hot water or milk until smooth and creamy.
Notes
Store the mix for up to 3 months in airtight containers. For gifting, package in jars with serving instructions. Add a pinch of cinnamon, peppermint, or nutmeg for fun flavor variations.
